Description

A unique, firm-textured and meaty white fish, monkfish has an extraordinary appearance, with a flattened head, tapering body and mottled-brown, glossy skin but once we've professionally filletted it there is no better piece of fish.

 

We sell our Monkfish by the 500g weight.  This allows for two generous tail fillets per 500g.  

 

Each fillet comes individually labelled vaccuum-packed and is delivered using our unique Seabird System home delivery service.
